Our story
Cheshire West and Chester Removals and Storage is an independent removals and storage company from Northwich, Cheshire that is based around offering a high quality of service to all of our clients. Our reputation is extremely important to us and as such we will always strive for excellence.
We know that moving can be an extremely stressful time for all. We pride ourselves on our straight forwards approach along with our specialist knowledge to give you total ease at what can be a stressful time.
How Our Service Works
An adviser will meet with in you in order to discuss your requirements and to give you an idea on the removal, storage or specialist service we can offer along with conducting a home survey. Quotations are free of charge and you are under no obligation, we will never hard sell the service.
A personal adviser will be available to you for free advice throughout, from your booking to the moving day. You should never hesitate to contact your adviser, we are always happy to help. The adviser will be able to discuss packing options with you, we can offer packing services for clients but if you choose to do this yourself we can offer further options, such as providing free packing materials.
On the day of the move your adviser will conduct a full and comprehensive inventory of all items. Once completed our well trained and dedicated team will safely secure and pack away all items. We supply floor protectors, sofa protectors, mattress covers, a wide range of specialist equipment where required along with additional covers for furniture and additional boxes for those last items found hidden away.
Once packed onto our well maintained vehicles we will move onto your destination or to our storage facility located near Northwich. At both ends a review of the inventory will take place and you items placed to your specifications.
